The Laurel wood casks are harvested from trees handpicked by the cooper to ensure a uniform final product.
They present a very fine, intense and delicate floral notes, discreet wood, almond and spices, pulling towards cinnamon. Adding some soft, and fine notes to the taste, with a balanced acidity and special flavor with discreet sweetness.
Intense and persistent notes, leaving an aftertaste with fine herbs, persisting floral traces and notes of cinnamon and caramel.
